Family Medical, a program of the Department of Social and Health Services, provides free medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage (Medicaid) to very limited income families with dependent children under the age of 18 and living in the home. A family may still be eligible if an 18 year old is still living in the home and is enrolled as a full-time student in high school.
