WithinReach

Health education and outreach materials for professionals who work with families. Education materials focus on pregnancy, nutrition, breastfeeding, immunizations, growth and development. Outreach materials promote health insurance and food resources through Washington Apple Health for Kids (formerly Healthy Kids Now!), the Family Health Hotline, Family Food Hotline, WIC, Take Charge/Family Planning and www.ParentHelp123.org.

CHILD Profile

Age-specific information sent to parents of children from birth to six years in Washington State. These materials contain information about immunizations, well child check-ups, nutrition, growth, development and safety.

Foundation for Early Learning

Multilingual materials to support parents as their child’s first teachers. Access the Getting School Ready Booklet, Ten Simple Ways to Encourage Learning and Ready to Read – Ready to Learn materials to promote early learning and school readiness.

Department of Health

The Health Education Resource Exchange (HERE) program serves professionals in local health departments, community organizations, clinics, hospitals and schools in Washington. Order, download and review free and low cost education materials for clients on many health topics.
