Free Health Insurance for Your Pregnancy

Washington State has two health insurance programs that provide free medical, dental and vision insurance to pregnant women who meet the income guidelines – First Steps (Pregnancy Medicaid) and the Basic Health Program. You may qualify for these programs.

Food Assistance Programs

If you need help buying food, you may qualify for the Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program (WIC) or the Basic Food Program (food stamps). Other food assistance may be available where you live.
