Programs you will be screened for include:
How the Benefit Finder works:
- Tell us about your family
- Choose the programs you want to apply for
- Fill out the program applications
- Print your application(s) (OR create an account so you can come back later and print your applications)
- Learn where to send the applications, what to include, and other important information
Questions?
- Call us for help at 1-866-585-1123. We are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Send an email. Click on the “email us” at the left of the page to email us your question.
- There is Help for every page. Click on the “Help for this screen” button at the top left of your screen.
Important:
- We do not determine your final program eligibility. The Benefit Finder tells you if it looks like you most likely qualify. The final determination is made by the state agency that you mail your application to. You must mail your application to find out if you are eligible.
- Your citizenship status does not affect your child’s eligibility for programs. Even if you are not a US Citizen your child may be eligible for programs.
