ParentHelp123.org was developed by WithinReach in conjunction with White Lotus Design LLC.

ParentHelp123.org is a program of WithinReach that helps Washington State families apply for health and food programs, and locate resources in their local communities. ParentHelp123.org also contains health information for pregnant women, parents of new babies, and families with children. WithinReach developed ParentHelp123.org to make it easier for families to get the help they need.

ParentHelp123.org was developed with the assistance of a 26-member Advisory Council that represents a diverse group of organizations including the Washington Health Foundation, Children’s Alliance, Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center, DSHS – Health and Recovery Services Administration, Department of Health, WIC Program, Basic Food Program, Health Care Authority, Seattle NPower, Hopelink, Foundation for Early Learning, and others.
